Commis 3 - Kitchen position at Jumeirah Jabal Omar, located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose
To prepare meal ingredients, sauces, seasonings, and dishes to exact specification while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen organization.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation
- Gather, measure, mix, and prepare meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings.
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables, fruits, and meat as applicable.
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of cutting and seasoning different meats and marination.
- Prepare dishes such as salads and sauces with finer details and exquisite presentation.
Standards & Execution
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of established recipes and plating guides provided, to exact specification.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Ensure that food items are stocked properly in refrigerators and freezers.
- Document inventory of kitchen supplies.
- Notify supervisors of low stock situations.

Additional Information
Salary is paid in Saudi Riyals (SAR), the local currency of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
