Key Responsibilities

Contract & Commercial Management

• Oversee all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and applicable regulations.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients and partner organizations to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a point of contact for all commercial matters.

Financial Management

• Prepare and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to monitor performance.
• Conduct risk assessments related to financial transactions and contract obligations.

Stakeholder & Internal Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals are met, facilitating effective communication and coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in commercial management or a similar role, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of contract management processes and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability and strategic mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
