Role Purpose
Deliver high-quality food preparation and kitchen operations at assigned live kitchen stations, maintaining rigorous hygiene and safety standards while supporting the Central Kitchen team's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations & Preparation
- Execute food preparation tasks efficiently at assigned live kitchen stations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Work productively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Adhere to all hygiene and safety standards in food handling and preparation.
Teamwork & Communication
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure seamless service.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues regarding kitchen operations.
- Support team objectives through strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant kitchen or hospitality experience.
- Experience working in a central kitchen environment preferred.
- Immediate availability to join required.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
