Role Overview

Co-op Intern, IT at Mrsool. This is a university internship/COOP program position supporting the IT team in a fast-paced environment.

Company Overview

Mrsool is one of the largest delivery platforms in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The company uses Generative AI to analyze customer instructions in real-time and search across 100,000+ restaurants and stores. Mrsool operates a vast fleet of dedicated on-demand couriers and is consistently rated among the highest of all major delivery platforms on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Role Purpose

Support the IT team with day-to-day technical operations, equipment management, and system administration tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Support the IT team with day-to-day technical requests and troubleshooting.
• Assist with setting up laptops, accounts, software, and other IT equipment for employees.
• Support basic system, network, and access-related tasks.

Asset & Equipment Management

• Help track and manage IT assets and equipment.
• Keep IT records and documentation organized and up to date.

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding IT requirements.

General Operations

• Work with the team on ongoing IT tasks and projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently enrolled as a university student majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Eligible for a university internship/COOP training program.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Available to complete the required university training period.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Ability to work well with different teams and provide helpful IT support.
