Cluster Shift Supervisor - Engineering at Minor International, located at Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel.

Role Purpose
Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance activities across the cluster, leading engineers and technicians while ensuring equipment performance, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
- Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure preventive maintenance is completed.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory and order engineering materials or spare parts.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
- Train and support engineering team members.
Technical & Project Management
- Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or operational problems.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Compliance & Safety
- Enforce workplace safety policies and engineering standards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other departments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven work experience as a Shift Supervisor.
- Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
