Cluster Security Manager for Radisson Hotel Group, managing security operations across the POWER CLUSTER comprising Radisson Hotel Dubai Damac Hills and Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City.

Role Purpose

To maintain and enhance security and safety across the cluster properties by leading the security team, ensuring adherence to all legislative and compliance requirements, managing departmental operations and budget, and delivering proactive security initiatives that safeguard guests, staff, and hotel premises while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Security Operations

• Support the smooth running of the safety and security department where all aspects of safety and security are maintained to the highest levels.
• Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
• Deliver an effective planned preventative maintenance program addressing maintenance, environmental and conservation matters.

Guest Experience & Service

• Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.

Performance & Planning

• Deliver on plans and objectives where safety and security initiatives and hotel targets are achieved.
• Manage departmental budgets, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled and that productivity and performance levels are attained.

Team Management

• Manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in safety and security with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.

Additional Information

• Basic salary: 6,000–9,000 AED.
• Allowances: 5,500 AED.
• Cluster allowance based on basic salary.
• Single status.
