Role Overview
Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer at Masterworks (SOOR subsidiary), based at Client Site.
Role Purpose
Manage, support, monitor, and secure enterprise application hosting environments while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Server Management
- Administer and troubleshoot IIS and SQL Server environments.
- Support web applications and production environments.
- Manage Windows Server infrastructure and configuration.
Security & Access Control
- Manage SSL certificates, IIS security, authentication, and access controls.
- Apply cybersecurity controls across hosting environments.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor enterprise application hosting environments.
- Troubleshoot issues across network, security, application, and database layers.
Advanced Platforms & Services
- Support Apache, Tomcat, and Java-based applications.
- Manage APIs, load balancing, and Web Application Firewall (WAF) configurations.
Resilience & Change Management
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and recovery testing.
- Apply change management and incident management processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis.
Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional technical teams to resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in similar projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience with IIS and SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, networking, web hosting, and cybersecurity controls.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
