Role Overview
Cloud-Cabin Safety Operator at Burjline Builders in a large-scale programme location. The successful candidate will oversee delivery end to end, ensuring compliance with international standards, project specifications and quality requirements.
Role Purpose
Coordinate and oversee all activities from design through to final handover on a major construction programme, ensuring full compliance with international standards, project specifications, and quality requirements while managing risks and performance across safety, schedule, cost, and quality metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Technical Review
- Coordinate all activity from design through to final handover.
- Review designs, drawings and technical specifications against project requirements.
Monitoring & Compliance
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, cost and schedule performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings and standards.
Risk Management & Problem-Solving
- Identify risks and technical issues, implementing practical solutions to minimise delays.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Report progress, risks and key milestones to project management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of total experience in the industry.
- At least 7 years in a comparable role on major projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, technical review and commissioning.
- Excellent understanding of international standards and local regulations.

Additional Information
Candidates with experience delivering one or more of the following will be highly regarded: mixed-use developments, commercial buildings, or infrastructure programmes.
