Clinical Psychologist/Counsellor (Remote) with Intellect HQ, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a freelance, remote position offering complete flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering mental health support through an innovative telehealth platform.

Role Purpose

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to clients on their mental health journeys through telehealth and onsite support, while being part of a collaborative clinical team that improves programs and platform outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Delivery

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support to clients.
• Support clients experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more.
• Apply evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to assessment, intervention, and psychological support.
• Provide Critical Incident Stress Management/Support (CISM/CISP) to individuals or groups affected by critical incidents, traumatic events, or high-stress situations.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Provide timely documentation and case notes in accordance with clinical and platform requirements.
• Partner with the internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum of 300 post-master's clinical hours.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; proficiency in Hejazi Arabic is preferred.
• Expertise in CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.).
• Preferred: EAP experience, CISP experience, or group counseling experience.
