Role Overview
Client Relationship Management Analyst – Trade Credit Insurance with Marsh McLennan in Dubai. This role is open to UAE nationals currently based in Dubai.

Role Purpose
To support the Trade Credit Insurance practice in Dubai by managing client relationships, delivering operational support, and progressively building ownership of a personal client portfolio while developing expertise in trade credit insurance and market relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management
- Support day-to-day management of an existing client portfolio.
- Gradually develop knowledge and confidence required to manage your own portfolio of clients.
- Communicate with clients, insurers and underwriters to build effective working relationships across the market.
Operational Support
- Assist with operational processes including revenue booking, quote comparisons, claims-related matters and risk information requests.
- Help prepare client documentation, reports and presentations.
- Participate in relevant client, insurer and team meetings and events.
Learning and Development
- Learn and use the team's systems, digital tools and AI-enabled solutions.
- Work with senior team members to understand client needs and deliver timely, high-quality support.
Qualifications & Experience
- UAE national.
- Currently based in Dubai.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience or an internship involving client interaction, relationship management or business support would be advantageous.
- Open to both high-potential graduates and candidates with relevant early-career experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in working with clients and developing commercial relationships.
- Proactive approach, curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Ability to take ownership and work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Confidence in learning new systems and digital tools.
Additional Information
- Hybrid work model with flexibility to work remotely and collaborate in the office.
- All colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
- Office-based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which the full team will be together in person.
