Client Advisor position with Zimmermann at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, operated by Chalhoub Group.

Role Purpose
Deliver an elevated and memorable client service experience while building lasting relationships with Zimmermann clients, achieving sales targets, and upholding brand standards in a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Experience
- Provide clients with a memorable shopping experience.
- Establish and develop relationships with Zimmermann clients.
- Create an amazing client experience that exceeds client expectations.
Sales & Brand Standards
- Achieve sales targets.
- Uphold Zimmermann brand standards including store presentation and stock and inventory management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience within a client-facing role in luxury fashion retail.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to build strong, genuine relationships with clients.
- Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Enthusiasm as a team player.
- Embodiment of the Zimmermann brand values: optimism, creativity and sophistication.
