Role Purpose

Support the growth of Marsh Specialty's PEMA business across the Middle East and Africa region by advising private equity firms, corporates, infrastructure sponsors, and financial institutions on due diligence, transactional risk, insurance solutions, portfolio solutions, and strategic consultancy throughout the investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Deal Support

• Advise clients on M&A insurance, transactional risk, and infrastructure solutions
• Deliver due diligence reports and coordinate multi-workstream projects
• Support infrastructure advisory, project finance, and risk management work

Relationship Management

• Build and manage relationships with investment funds, corporates, insurers, law firms, and advisors
• Work across Marsh practices to deliver integrated client solutions

Business Development & Thought Leadership

• Contribute to thought leadership, business development, and team mentoring
• Support the growth of Marsh Specialty's PEMA business across MEA

Collaboration

• Work across Marsh practices to deliver integrated client solutions
• Collaborate closely with Marsh colleagues across multiple practices
• Engage in regional travel to support client needs

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years' experience in M&A advisory, private equity, infrastructure finance, project finance, or infrastructure advisory
• Tertiary qualification in Risk, Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of transaction documents and deal processes
• Regional experience in the Middle East or emerging markets is preferred

• Client-facing service delivery in fast-paced environments

Additional Information

• Based in Dubai with regional travel required
• Hybrid work arrangement: all colleagues expected to be in local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week; office-based teams identify at least one "anchor day" per week for full team presence in person
