Role Purpose

Conduct daily inspections of structural steel fabrication and erection activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards on oil and gas construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Inspection & Verification

• Conduct daily inspections of structural steel fabrication and erection activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Inspect welding, bolting, alignment, fit-up, and coating works for quality and conformity.
• Verify rebar, bolting, welding and coating work.

Compliance & Reporting

• Identify and report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures, project requirements, and applicable standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years Oil and Gas construction inspection experience.
• Experience in rebar, bolting, welding and coating verification.

Skills & Competencies

• Good English communication.
