Civil - Senior Planning Engineer ( ARAMCO projects experience )

Role Overview

ABIS is seeking a Senior Civil Planning Engineer with extensive experience managing and scheduling Aramco projects. The role is based with ABIS.

Role Purpose

Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive project schedules while ensuring compliance with Aramco standards and requirements. Coordinate closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to track progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop comprehensive project schedules aligned with Aramco requirements.
• Maintain and update project schedules throughout project lifecycle.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify potential delays.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders on scheduling matters.
• Track progress across all project phases.
• Report on schedule status to relevant parties.

Risk & Corrective Action

• Implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage risk within project planning activities.
• Allocate resources effectively across project schedules.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for civil engineering projects.
• Specific experience with Aramco projects required.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in other project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of Aramco project standards and specifications.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
