Role Purpose

To prepare Bills of Quantities for Civil and Structural works on EPC projects, manage supporting documentation, verify measurements with Engineer and Employer stakeholders, process payments, and ensure all executed works are accurately measured, verified and claimed in accordance with contract provisions.

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Measurement & Documentation

• Prepare complete Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for Civil and Structural works on EPC projects in Oil and Gas.
• Compile and maintain all supporting documents and backups for executed works and measurement thereof, including signed NRI, QS sheets, and progress records.
• Verify subcontract measurements and payment applications.

Stakeholder Liaison

• Liaise with Engineer and Employer quantity surveyors to verify measured quantities and process payments.
• Liaise with all project sections on quantity measurement, recording and reporting matters.

Contract & Payment Administration

• Prepare Contract Final Measures together with applications for Payment at Completion in accordance with contract provisions.
• Ensure all executed works have been measured, verified and claimed.

General Duties

• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5–10 years' experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience with estimation for Civil and Structural Construction.
• Experience working in Oil and Gas projects; ADNOC experience is advantageous.
• Experience working on Pipeline Projects.
