Role Overview
Civil Incharge (Industrial Services) for Oil & Gas at ABIS. This is an on-site supervisory role overseeing civil engineering activities for oil and gas industrial services projects.
Role Purpose
Oversee and manage all civil engineering activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and managing resources efficiently to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Oversight
- Oversee and supervise all civil engineering works related to oil and gas industrial services for ARAMCO and SABIC.
- Conduct site inspections, review progress, and resolve technical issues that arise.
- Manage resources, schedules, and work plans to optimize project delivery.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures on-site.
- Ensure project specifications and standards are met.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and engineers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in civil engineering within the oil and gas industry.
- Proven experience in managing industrial services civil projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards in oil and gas environments.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures is highly preferred.
