Role Purpose

Perform and supervise civil construction works in full compliance with approved engineering standards, ADNOC regulations, and safety protocols, acting as the designated Job Performer under the ADNOC Permit to Work (PTW) system.

Key Responsibilities

Work Execution

• Perform civil works including excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, foundations, and paving in accordance with approved drawings and method statements.
• Ensure all work complies with ADNOC standards and specifications.

Safety & Compliance

• Act as Job Performer under the ADNOC PTW system and maintain strict compliance with permit conditions.
• Ensure HSE requirements, risk assessments (RA), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) are understood and followed by the work crew.
• Ensure proper use of PPE, tools, and equipment at site.
• Stop work immediately in case of unsafe conditions and inform supervision.
• Monitor work progress and report any unsafe conditions, near misses, or deviations.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with Permit Holder, Area Authority, and HSE team before and during work execution.
• Supervise work crews with good communication skills and a safety-conscious approach.

Quality & Housekeeping

• Support inspections and quality checks.
• Support site housekeeping standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• ADNOC-approved Civil Job Performer certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 or more years of civil construction experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Proven experience working inside ADNOC facilities with PTW system exposure.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of ADNOC PTW system, LSR, and HSE requirements.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and method statements.
• Knowledge of excavation safety, formwork, concrete works, and rebar installation.
• Good communication skills.
• Safety-conscious and disciplined approach to work.
