Role Purpose

Lead the engineering design, planning, and delivery of real estate and property development projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards through collaboration with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

• Prepare detailed engineering designs and technical specifications for building projects
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges

Project Management

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple developments
• Monitor construction progress on-site and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Stakeholder & Regulatory Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders and regulatory bodies

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in real estate or construction
• Valid professional engineering license or ability to obtain one in Saudi Arabia
