Key Responsibilities

Design & Documentation

• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents for residential and commercial developments

Site Assessment

• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges

Project Management

• Manage construction timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while maintaining compliance with safety standards
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and clients

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Ensure all work complies with Saudi building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management
• Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes and local construction practices
