Role Overview
Chocolatier Trays Designer at RISE Enterprise. This is a creative, detail-oriented position focused on preparing and arranging chocolate trays, gift boxes, and customized presentations according to company standards and customer requirements.
Role Purpose
Design and arrange premium chocolate presentations to maintain visual appeal and ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment while upholding the highest standards of product quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Arrangement
- Design and arrange chocolate trays, gift boxes, and product presentations according to company standards.
- Select and organize chocolates based on customer requests, product type, quantity, and occasion.
- Prepare customized trays and special orders according to customer specifications.
- Maintain consistency in portioning, spacing, colors, and overall presentation.
Quality & Handling
- Ensure all chocolates are handled carefully and presented neatly and attractively.
- Check products for quality, appearance, freshness, and any visible damage before placing them in trays.
- Follow company standards for food safety, hygiene, handling, and product presentation.
Packaging & Decoration
- Add ribbons, decorations, labels, cards, and other packaging elements as required.
- Monitor packaging and decoration supplies and report low stock or damaged materials to the supervisor.
Operations & Coordination
- Keep the work area, tools, trays, and packaging materials clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
- No formal education required; basic reading and understanding of product labels is a plus.
- Previous experience in chocolate preparation, food presentation, gift packaging, floristry, pastry, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Skills & Competencies
- Creative eye and strong attention to detail.
- Good hand coordination and ability to work carefully with delicate products.
- Able to follow designs, instructions, and customer requirements accurately.
- Organized and reliable.
- Able to stand for long periods and work efficiently during busy periods and seasonal occasions.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
