Role Purpose
To lead food production and service delivery for staff canteen operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation across multi-cuisine menus and high-volume output.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Production
- Manage high-volume food production for staff canteen operations.
- Plan and execute menus for staff canteen services.
- Maintain HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards across all operations.
- Ensure consistency and presentation quality in all food produced.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experienced Chef de Partie with strong background in banquet experience.
- Proven experience in staff canteen operations and multi-cuisine production.
