CCTV SENIOR OPERATOR

Role Overview

CCTV Senior Operator at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate and maintain the on-site and off-site CCTV system to ensure continuous monitoring, facility security, and compliance with safety and operational policies across all areas and assets.

Key Responsibilities

Control Room Operations

• Ensure 100% vigilance and readiness while in the control room.
• Operate and maintain the CCTV system constituted of all cameras on site and off site for accurate visibility and monitoring.
• Ensure 100% healthiness and good operation condition of all installed CCTV cameras.
• Monitor and record new pictures uploading automated procedures.

Safety & Compliance Monitoring

• Enhance discipline and work environment by capturing unsafe acts and conditions which might pose risk to NAPCO staff, contractors, visitors, operations, and assets.
• Record and log names and IDs of employees or contractors who fail to comply with approved and communicated NAPCO policy and procedures in AX Application.
• Generate monthly violations reports and share with the team leader.

Security Oversight

• Ensure presence and performance of the contracted security company by reporting security breaches.
• Coordinate with HSSE team members on the field to take immediate actions if unsafe acts or conditions are observed.
• Inform and closely follow up with team leader for any malfunctioning or unclear transmission of any CCTV camera installed.
