Role Overview
CCTV Operator at Aofgroup. The role involves remote monitoring and surveillance of multiple branch locations to ensure operational compliance, security, and service quality.
Role Purpose
Monitor branch operations through CCTV systems to identify operational violations, ensure facility standards, track inventory and shipments, and respond to customer concerns and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Monitoring
- Monitor operational violations across all branch locations.
- Observe and monitor all branch departments and areas.
- Track branch opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor crowded branch locations during peak hours.
- Monitor drive-through operations at branches.
- Monitor refrigeration units at branches.
Inventory & Logistics Tracking
- Track incoming shipments and receipt status at branches.
- Monitor the condition and status of inventory stock at branches.
Customer Service & Complaints
- Review customer complaints and concerns.
Facility Standards
- Monitor branch cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Secondary school certificate or diploma; security qualification or related discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in camera monitoring or security work preferred.
- Experience in the food service or retail sector preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to focus and monitor for extended periods.
- High attention to detail and precision in observation.
- Ability to handle emergency situations and take appropriate action.
- Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and information security.
- Proficiency in operating CCTV camera systems and surveillance equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
