Role Purpose

Lead assortment and vendor strategy for non-food product lines, shaping product selection and driving category growth within the quick-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Category Development

• Develop and execute category strategy for non-food product lines
• Analyze category performance data to identify growth opportunities
• Curate product assortment based on customer demand and market trends
• Monitor competitor activity and pricing within the category

Vendor Management

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate commercial terms
• Support new vendor onboarding and product launches

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing teams on category promotions and campaigns
• Prepare category performance reports for senior management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years of category management or buying experience in retail or e-commerce
• Experience with category performance data and reporting

Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
