Role Overview
Catalyst Foreman (Oil & Gas) position with ABIS to oversee catalyst handling operations within oil and gas projects.
Role Purpose
Supervise catalyst loading, unloading, and regeneration activities while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational standards. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain catalyst quality and optimize process efficiency in support of overall project success.
Key Responsibilities
Catalyst Operations
- Supervise catalyst handling operations including loading, unloading, and regeneration of catalysts.
- Monitor catalyst inventory and maintain accurate records of catalyst usage and condition.
- Assist in planning and scheduling catalyst-related activities to meet project deadlines.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards during catalyst handling.
- Inspect catalyst equipment and components to identify any issues or potential failures.
- Apply knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to catalyst handling.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Coordinate daily activities with operations and maintenance teams to guarantee seamless workflow.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on proper catalyst handling procedures.
- Lead team management and communication across multidisciplinary groups.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience working as a catalyst foreman or in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of catalyst systems and handling procedures.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of catalyst systems.
