Role Purpose

Perform preventive maintenance and respond to maintenance requests to ensure the safe and efficient operation of hotel facilities and equipment while maintaining Jumeirah quality standards and supporting operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Operations

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of hotel facilities and equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly through the maintenance system
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining Jumeirah quality standards

Reporting & Communication

• Report any material or technical issues to the supervisor

Facilities Management

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition
• Apply new skills and best practices to support operational efficiency and guest satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience

• 1 – 2 years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property
• Secondary education required
• Vocational certification and trade qualification preferred
• Strong technical skills in trade
• Basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of safety and building systems
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse environments
