Role Purpose
Perform daily repairs and maintenance tasks throughout guest rooms and hallways to maintain operational standards, guest safety, and the hospitality experience that defines a Hilton stay.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Room & Facility Maintenance
- Complete daily repairs and maintenance tasks in guest rooms and hallways to ensure proper working order
- Perform carpet cleaning and floor polishing as part of regular maintenance duties
- Assist with ad hoc maintenance tasks and departmental projects as needed
Inventory Management
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of replacement items for guest rooms and corridors
Safety & Compliance
- Identify and report any health or safety issues found on guest floors
Skills & Competencies
