Role Overview

Caregiver at NMC Healthcare. The role provides direct personal care and support to patients in a healthcare setting.

Role Purpose

To deliver compassionate personal care services to patients, assist nursing staff with patient handling and hygiene, maintain a safe environment, and support patients and families throughout their care journey.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

• Assist patients with personal services including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist nurses in manual handling of residents and with bathing.
• Ensure patients have appropriate supplies.

Environment & Safety

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment.

Patient Support & Engagement

• Assist patients and nurses on external trips.
• Participate in resident's social activities.
• Support patients and families when patients are admitted to hospital.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• One year working experience in a healthcare environment.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• English language proficiency.

Preferred

• Experience working as a Caregiver or similar role.
• First Aid certification.
• Experience working with children.
• Arabic language proficiency.
