Role Purpose
Drive revenue and contribute to overall business success by engaging customers, building strong client relationships, and executing sales strategies that maximize showroom performance.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits in a professional and compelling manner
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business
Sales Performance
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the dealership's inventory and promotions
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute sales strategies that maximize showroom performance
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales
- Experience in the UAE car market is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- High level of enthusiasm, confidence, and motivation to meet and exceed targets
- Passion for cars and solid understanding of the automotive market is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus

- Pay: £4,200 – £12,800 per month (basic salary plus commission, based on performance)
