CAFM Manager

Role Overview

CAFM Manager at Retal in Ar Riyad, Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic role responsible for managing integrated facilities operations platforms, ensuring seamless coordination across all property management functions, and driving operational efficiency across the real estate portfolio.

Role Purpose

Oversee the implementation and optimization of Computer-Aided Facilities Management systems, maintain data accuracy and system uptime, and coordinate facilities operations across all properties.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Operations Management

• Manage and maintain CAFM software systems, ensuring data accuracy, system uptime, and user access across all facilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations including work order management, asset tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, and space utilization

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and stakeholders to implement CAFM best practices and streamline workflows
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements

Reporting & Performance

• Prepare comprehensive reports and analytics on facilities performance, cost management, and KPI tracking

Optimization & Development

• Lead system upgrades, training initiatives, and process improvements to maximize CAFM platform effectiveness

Qualifications & Experience

• 5 or more years of experience in facilities management, with proven expertise in CAFM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in CAFM platforms and facilities management software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred
