Role Purpose

The Cafe Milano Restaurant Assistant Server supports the service team in delivering an exceptional dining experience by assisting servers in attending to guests, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring timely service of food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities

Service Support

• Assist servers in taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
• Assist with special guest requests and provide prompt service.

Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Refill water, bread, and other table necessities as required.
• Support proper setup and breakdown of dining areas.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

General Duties

• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the F&B Supervisor or F&B Outlet Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.

Skills & Competencies

• Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of F&B operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English: speaking, reading, and writing.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
