Role Overview
Cafe Milano Assistant Restaurant Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time role supporting the General Restaurant Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.

Role Purpose
Support the General Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations at Cafe Milano, ensuring high service standards, staff efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Monitor operational standards, including hygiene, safety, and service quality.
Guest Service
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve complaints efficiently.
Staff Development
- Support training, coaching, and development of service staff.
Financial & Inventory Management
- Assist with budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
Collaboration & Projects
- Collaborate with the F&B Outlet Manager on events, promotions, and operational improvements.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Director of F&B.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
- High-level understanding and knowledge of F&B operations.
- Knowledge of restaurant service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Outgoing personality and can-do approach to assigned tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
