Role Overview
Cabin Crew position with Gulf Air, based in Bangkok, Thailand. This is an Operations Division role reporting to the Cabin Crew Department, headquartered in Bahrain.
Role Purpose
Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction while serving as a frontline ambassador for Gulf Air. Build customer confidence and loyalty through exceptional service and representation of the airline's image and values.
Key Responsibilities
Passenger Service & Safety
- Deliver exceptional service to passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout all flights.
- Maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
- Comply with all safety and emergency procedure standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum High School education.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.
Skills & Competencies
- Professional and customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to stay composed under pressure.
Additional Information
- Ability to meet physical and medical requirements for the role, including safety and emergency procedure standards.
- Ability to swim.
- Ability to meet grooming and uniform standards in line with Gulf Air's image and service quality requirements.
- One-year renewable contract, subject to agreed performance metrics.
