Role Purpose
Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction while serving as a frontline ambassador of Gulf Air. Represent the airline's image and values to build customer confidence and loyalty through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Passenger Service & Safety
- Deliver exceptional service to passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ensure passenger comfort and satisfaction throughout flight operations.
- Maintain safety and emergency procedure standards at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum High School education.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.
Skills & Competencies
- Professional and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to stay composed in challenging situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to swim.
- Ability to meet grooming and uniform standards in line with Gulf Air's image and service quality requirements.
- Ability to meet the physical and medical requirements for the role.
