Role Overview
Cabin Crew position at Gulf Air, based in Jordan, Amman. You will be part of the Operations division, Cabin Crew department, with headquarters in Bahrain.
Role Purpose
As a Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction. You will serve as a frontline ambassador of the airline, representing Gulf Air's image and values while building customer confidence and loyalty through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Passenger Service & Safety
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout all flights.
- Represent Gulf Air's image and values to all passengers.
- Deliver exceptional service to build customer confidence and loyalty.
- Serve customers from various cultural backgrounds with professionalism and care.
- Maintain composure in challenging situations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum High School education.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.
- Professional, customer-oriented approach with ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to meet all physical and medical requirements for the role, including safety and emergency procedure standards.
- Ability to swim.
- Ability to meet grooming and uniform standards in line with Gulf Air's image and service quality requirements.

- One-year renewable contract, subject to agreed performance metrics.
