Represent Etihad in the sky by creating extraordinary guest experiences, keeping guests safe, and building a clear career path towards becoming Cabin Senior.

- Create extraordinary guest experiences for all passengers.
- Keep guests safe throughout all flights.
Career Development
- Progress through defined cabin crew ranks with clear pathways to advancement.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 21 years old.
- At least 163cm tall.
- High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Ambitious, passionate and excited by a travel lifestyle.
Additional Information
Appearance Standards
- No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform.
Compensation
- Tax-free salary up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on roster.
Career Progression
- Economy to Business Class from 12 months.
- Business Class to Cabin Senior from 12 months.
- Cabin Senior to Cabin Manager from 24 months.
- Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
