Role Overview

Cabin Crew position with Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates. This role is based in Abu Dhabi, with worldwide travel as part of the position.

Represent Etihad in the sky by creating extraordinary guest experiences and ensuring guest safety while building a clear career pathway towards Cabin Senior and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Safety

• Deliver world-class service to guests across all cabin classes.
• Keep guests safe and maintain security protocols during flights.
• Create unforgettable experiences on every journey.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 21 years old.
• At least 163 cm tall.
• High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Ambitious and passionate with enthusiasm for a travel lifestyle.
• Customer service excellence.
• Safety and security awareness.

Additional Information

Appearance Requirements

• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform.

Compensation

• Tax-free salary up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers based on roster.

Career Progression

• Economy to Business Class from 12 months.
• Business Class to Cabin Senior from 12 months.
• Cabin Senior to Cabin Manager from 24 months.
• Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
