Cabin Crew position with Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, based in Abu Dhabi.

Role Purpose
Represent Etihad in the sky by creating extraordinary guest experiences and keeping guests safe while building a clear career path toward becoming Cabin Senior.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Safety
- Create extraordinary guest experiences for all passengers.
- Keep guests safe throughout all flights.
- Represent Etihad Airways professionally in the sky.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 21 years old.
- At least 163cm tall.
- High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Ambitious and passionate mindset.
- Excitement about a travel lifestyle.
Additional Information
Appearance Standards
- No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform.
Compensation
- Tax-free salary up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on roster.
Career Progression
- Economy to Business Class cabin crew: progression available from 12 months.
- Business Class to Cabin Senior: progression available from 12 months.
- Cabin Senior to Cabin Manager: progression available from 24 months.
- Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
