Cabin Crew position with Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, based in Abu Dhabi.

Role Purpose
Represent Etihad in the sky by creating extraordinary guest experiences and ensuring guest safety while building a clear career path towards becoming Cabin Senior.

Guest Experience & Safety
- Deliver world-class service and create unforgettable experiences on every journey.
- Keep guests safe throughout all flights.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 21 years old.
- Minimum 163 centimeters tall.
- High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Ambitious and passionate with genuine excitement about a travel lifestyle.

Appearance Requirements
- No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform.
Compensation
- Tax-free salary up to AED 10,000 per month.
- Additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on roster.
Career Progression
- Economy to Business Class: possible from 12 months.
- Business Class to Cabin Senior: possible from 12 months.
- Cabin Senior to Cabin Manager: possible from 24 months.
- Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
