Role Purpose

Represent Etihad around the world by delivering extraordinary guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of safety and service, and building an international career with clear progression opportunities toward becoming a Cabin Senior.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and welcome passengers from around the world.
• Maintain the high standards of safety and service Etihad is known for.

Operations & Safety

• Keep every journey safe through adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Work as part of a multicultural team on every flight.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 21 years old.
• At least 163cm tall.
• High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Guest-focused with genuine commitment to creating exceptional experiences.
• Ambitious, passionate and excited by a travel lifestyle.

Additional Information

Compensation

• Tax-free salary up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on your roster.

Career Progression

• Economy to Business Class from 12 months.
• Business Class to Cabin Senior from 12 months.
• Cabin Senior to Cabin Manager from 24 months.
• Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
