Role Overview
Business Setup Advisor at Ontime Healthcare. This role is based in the UAE and is part of OnTime Group, a pioneering service provider with over 19 years of history.

Role Purpose
To identify and convert business opportunities in the business setup sector by leading strategic lead-generation activities, selling services to key corporate and government prospects, and driving revenue growth while maintaining high professional standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and leading strategic lead-generating activities for the business unit.
- Sell business setup services to key corporate and government prospects.
- Conduct cold calls within geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and to gain new business.
- Track progress against targets on an ongoing basis and take necessary action with Manager to refocus efforts if targets are not being met.
- Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, tender receipt, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations.
- Use a variety of negotiation styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately with the goal of growing and closing sales business for the unit.
- Conduct cross-selling activities for the services and products of other units within the group.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Identify sales improvements or new services and products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Submit weekly work in progress reports and ensure data is accurate for real-time reporting.
- Utilize the OnTime CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System to maximize opportunities.
Contract & Compliance Management
- Work in conjunction with the line Manager to create winning tenders and bids.
- Support contract compliance through the negotiation of company contractual and payment terms, ensuring all aspects are understood and accepted.
- Ensure contract profitability through commercial evaluation and full understanding of risks and liabilities prior to presenting written sales proposals.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Professionally represent the unit at related trade events, exhibitions and other industry and professional organizations.
- Share knowledge, experience and expertise with Healthcare team, key clients, customers and third parties.
General
- Perform other tasks which may be assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree qualification.
- Two to five years' experience in a similar capacity.
