Role Overview
Business Project Manager at JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics), a technology-driven supply chain and logistics solutions provider under JD.com. This role is based in the Middle East region.

Role Purpose
To drive the planning and execution of key business projects and initiatives in alignment with Middle East regional strategy and annual business objectives, while providing business analysis and decision support to management and optimizing cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Business Planning & Project Management
- Drive the planning and execution of key business projects and initiatives in alignment with the Middle East regional strategy and annual business objectives.
- Manage goal setting, resource coordination, progress tracking, and risk management for assigned projects.
- Conduct project review and evaluation.
Business Analysis & Decision Support
- Track regional business performance and key KPIs.
- Identify business trends, key issues, and risks.
- Provide business analysis and decision support to management.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Project Execution
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, HR, and other functions to drive effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure key initiatives and project tasks are delivered on time.
Process & Management Optimization
- Establish and continuously improve project management, task tracking, meeting, and review mechanisms.
- Promote process standardization and digitalization to improve regional operational and collaboration efficiency.
Management Initiative Follow-Up
- Follow up on key management initiatives and decisions.
- Translate management decisions into concrete actions and measurable business results.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or related fields.
- Cross-functional project experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects from planning through execution.
- Strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Good command of English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
