Role Purpose
Analyze business needs and data to improve processes, define requirements, and support decision-making across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Documentation
- Deliver validated requirements and user stories
- Gather and document requirements
Insights & Analysis
- Produce actionable insights from business data
- Track and report on key performance indicators
Process Improvement
- Improve workflows through process mapping
- Support process improvement initiatives
Stakeholder Management
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and change adoption
- Manage stakeholder communication
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related role
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Knowledge of process improvement and KPI design
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with SQL
- Data visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI
- Process mapping using BPMN
- Requirements tools: Jira, Confluence
- Stakeholder management
- Clear communication
- Analytical thinking
- Attention to detail
