Role Purpose

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Finance modules to enhance financial processes, drive system improvements, and ensure compliance across a large healthcare enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and others.

Integration & Support

• Manage integrations between Oracle and other enterprise systems.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for Oracle Finance applications.

Stakeholder & Process Management

• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to identify system enhancements and process improvements.
• Drive user training, documentation, and change management initiatives.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle Finance applications.
• At least 3 years in a senior or principal role.
• Proven track record in healthcare or large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting standards.
