Role Overview

Business Analyst / Developer - GRC SecOps at TAWANTECH. The role contributes to security governance, risk, compliance, and SecOps initiatives.

Role Purpose

Analyze business and security requirements and translate them into effective solutions within governance, risk, compliance, and security operations frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Security Governance & Compliance

• Establish and maintain Governance, Risk & Compliance processes.
• Monitor GRC/SecOps platforms, workflows, integrations, and configurations.

Requirements Analysis & Solution Design

• Analyze business and security requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Optimize GRC/SecOps platform configurations to support organizational needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and requirements gathering.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in GRC SecOps.
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance processes.
• Experience in Security Operations (SecOps) and related workflows.
• Experience with GRC/SecOps platforms, workflows, integrations, and configurations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
