Role Purpose

Support the Wealth Management team by creating and delivering critical sales reports and Management Information Systems (MIS). Transform complex data into actionable insights that track performance, identify trends, and enable data-driven strategic decisions to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

• Design, develop, and centrally publish daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and MIS dashboards.
• Analyse sales data to identify key trends, track progress against goals, and provide actionable insights to Wealth Management leadership.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from the team and perform deep-dive analysis on specific products, regions, or client segments to answer critical business questions.

Process Optimization

• Proactively identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and freeing time for value-added analysis.

Data Quality & Governance

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all published data and reports.
• Ensure 100% adherence to Code of Conduct.
• Adhere to policy, apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and customize reports and dashboards accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or university degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years financial planning experience preferred.
• Experience in a sales analysis, business intelligence, or financial reporting role preferred.
• Experience in designing and generating Management Information Systems (MIS) reports that provide a high-level overview of business performance.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of tax law and general financial and economic market.
• Knowledge of financial planning skills, insurance laws, insurance products and investment products.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced Microsoft Excel: Strong proficiency essential for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Data Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create clear, insightful, and interactive dashboards and reports.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and precise in data handling and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability in all reports.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify issues, perform analysis to understand root causes, and propose effective solutions.
• Data Interpretation: Ability to understand raw data in a business context and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Capacity to work effectively with the Wealth Management team and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver relevant insights.
• Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
