Role Overview

Business Analyst - Business Systems at Aldar Education in Abu Dhabi. An immediate start opportunity to act as a key link between schools and the Digital team, enhancing digital adoption and effectiveness across the growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE.

Role Purpose

Act as the primary link between schools and the Digital team, gathering feedback, identifying challenges, and driving enhancement opportunities. Support digital adoption through training and change management, while translating insights into product strategy and roadmaps to ensure alignment with school needs. Drive communication, engagement, and effective use of digital tools across the school network.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Liaison

• Act as the primary liaison between schools and the Digital and Technology team to ensure strong alignment between educational needs and digital solutions.
• Engage regularly with teachers, school leaders, and support staff to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities related to digital tools.
• Partner with the Digital team to ensure solutions are practical, user-centered, and aligned with school realities.
• Act as an advocate for schools in digital planning and as an advocate for digital strategy within schools.

Feedback & Strategy Development

• Gather insights, feedback, and challenges from schools and translate them into actionable inputs for digital improvement.
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize feedback to inform product enhancements and digital roadmaps.
• Translate user needs and feedback into clear, actionable insights.

Training & Change Management

• Support effective adoption, usage, and maturity of digital tools across the school network.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for schools to maximize value from digital platforms.
• Support training, adoption, and change in a structured yet flexible manner.
• Support change management activities, including readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Communication & Enablement

• Drive communication, engagement, and change management related to digital initiatives.
• Develop and deliver communication materials, guidance, and best practices to support digital adoption.
• Deliver strong communication and presentation skills, tailored to different audiences.

Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor usage, adoption levels, and maturity across schools, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant professional experience working with schools, education environments, or digital platforms.
• 3–5 years of experience in education support, digital enablement, customer success, or stakeholder engagement roles.
• Experience working directly with teachers, school leaders, or education teams is preferred.
• Experience in training, support, or change enablement is an advantage.
