Role Overview

Brand and Community Lead at Sarj.ai, based in KSA. You will own and grow Sarj AI's brand and community presence, leading events, exhibitions, meetups, media, PR, and community collaborations that connect the company, products, and people with the wider AI ecosystem.

Role Purpose

To establish, nurture, and expand Sarj AI's presence and reputation within the AI community by building meaningful relationships across clients, partners, and creators, driving visibility through events, media, and strategic partnerships, and serving as a strong brand ambassador for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Community & Relationships

• Own and grow the Sarj AI community, building meaningful relationships with clients, partners, creators, and the wider AI ecosystem.
• Develop and manage community collaborations, partnerships, and engagement opportunities.
• Represent Sarj AI at industry events and community gatherings, acting as a strong brand ambassador.

Events & Presence

• Lead Sarj AI's presence across exhibitions, events, meetups, and community initiatives.

Brand & Visibility

• Shape a strong and consistent experience across client, partner, and community touchpoints.
• Develop and track initiatives that strengthen Sarj AI's visibility, reputation, and position within the AI community.

Media & Public Relations

• Identify and manage opportunities for media appearances, interviews, PR, and press coverage.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in community building, brand, events, PR, partnerships, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of AI, technology, and emerging industry trends.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients, partners, and communities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and events.
• Creative, proactive, and confident in representing a company publicly.
• Strong sense of ownership and collaboration.
