Biomedical Engineer - Saudi Nationals - Jeddah

Role Overview

Biomedical Engineer – Saudi Nationals at Imdad in Jeddah. You will deliver quality technical services and support to Imdad's clients through installation, adjustment, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment.

Role Purpose

Perform maintenance procedures, provide technical support to customers, and build professional relationships while maintaining equipment in compliance with manufacturer specifications and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Field Service & Technical Support

• Perform maintenance procedures according to manufacturer specifications and Imdad's SLA.
• Perform quality technical calls and services for clients.
• Provide technical support through installation, adjustment, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment.
• Consult and follow superior's instructions with regards to technical tasks.

Reporting & Documentation

• Complete proper reporting using various reporting forms related to field calls (FSR, PPM Checklist, Salesforce, and Suppliers reporting) with clear and concise messages and solutions.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Develop and maintain professional business relationships with customers.
• Convey and report service contract opportunities to department head.
• Promote Imdad's service contracts with adherence to the sales plan.

Safety & Professional Development

• Maintain safe working environment in the office and at customer sites.
• Develop own technical skills through personal commitment and by seeking superior's assistance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering from an accredited university.
• 0–2 years of service experience.
• Minimum score of 80% in Imdad's Technical exam.

Skills & Competencies

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
• Strong electronics technical background is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Effective time management and organization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work well under pressure.
