Role Overview

Binance Accelerator Program - VIP Institutional Growth & Operations is a 3–6 month internship position at Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users. The role is based in the UAE or remote on a UAE-aligned schedule.

Role Purpose

Support the growth, activation, and day-to-day operations of Binance's institutional and VIP client products. You will drive client growth initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency across the institutional product ecosystem, gaining end-to-end exposure to how institutional products scale and operate.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Prospect Development

• Identify and research high-potential institutional, broker, and VIP prospects.
• Support growth initiatives including prospect lists, account expansion plans, and reactivation of dormant high-value accounts.
• Assist points of contact and the growth team in preparing client proposals, incentive structures, and follow-ups.

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate operational workflows between growth, middle office, and support functions to remove onboarding and activation friction.
• Help maintain product documentation, process playbooks, and internal knowledge bases.
• Identify repetitive manual steps and suggest improvements or automation.

Data & Reporting

• Produce recurring reports (daily and weekly) on client volume, concentration, activation, and program performance.
• Pull and sanity-check data from internal data warehouses and business intelligence tools, flagging anomalies early.
• Support ad-hoc analysis for the growth and product teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Compliance, and Legal on client eligibility and incentive setup where required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Current university student or recent graduate.
• 0–2 years of experience (internships count) in operations, business or commercial analytics, product operations, growth, or a related function.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, thresholds, and structured criteria.
• Working proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Basic SQL or clear willingness to learn quickly.
• Clear written communication, able to summarize data and decisions crisply for stakeholders.
• Highly organized; able to juggle recurring deadlines and batch processes without dropping details.

Additional Information

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with crypto, exchange, or fintech products and VIP or institutional client programs.
• Understanding of trading mechanics including spot and futures, maker and taker dynamics, fee tiers, and rebates.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools and data warehouses.
